Refund policy

Every Big Laundry Baseball item is made to order and hand-pressed just for you, so all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing, so please check the size chart before you order.

Damaged or wrong item? We'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at jeff@biglaundrybaseball.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever works best.

Cancellations: if you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund in full only if your order hasn't been pressed yet.

Lost packages: if tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out and we'll help however we can.
